TUITION AND SCHOOL FEES
Tuition Fees
The tuition fees are the annual fees accrued and fully paid in advance before the commencement of the school year. Student has no right to begin studying in the school before the full payment of the tuition.
• Admission of a new student is considered valid only after the payment of the full annual tuition
• In case of the admission of a new student in our schools at any time during the first semester of that schools year, the admitted student has to pay the full tuition, and in case of the admission of a new student at any time during the second semester for exceptional conditions in our admission system, the admitted student pays 50% of the full tuition fees
Tuition Fees
The tuition fees are the annual fees accrued and fully paid in advance before the commencement of the school year. Student has no right to begin studying in the school before the full payment of the tuition.

• In case of the admission of a new student in our schools at any time during the first semester of that schools year, the admitted student has to pay the full tuition, and in case of the admission of a new student at any time during the second semester for exceptional conditions in our admission system, the admitted student pays 50% of the full tuition fees
Method of payment
Parents of continuing students pay 40% of the full tuition fees at the end of the current year in order to reserve a seat for the next year, and according to the following a schedule:
• For entry to kg and the 1st grade, the dead line for payment is March first
• For the entry to 2nd grade and above, the dead line for payment is April first
After the above-mentioned dates, any seat for which tuition fees have not been paid is considered vacant and DAS has the right to fill it with any of the new eligible applicants.
Re- registration Payment of Fees
If the seat is still vacant: the student in this case is considered as if he is a new student regarding the payment of tuition fees, and the parent has to pay the full annual tuition in advance
Payment of the Rest of the Tuition Fees
Parents of the continuing students have to pay the rest (60%) of the annual tuition fees before the first school day for their sons/daughters in order to be allowed to join their classes. Our Business Office works during the three weeks before the commencement of the new schools year. Working hours 7:30 am – 2:00pm except Tuesday and Wednesday to the week before the beginning of the school year when office hours extend to 4:00 pm)
If the remaining 60% of the annual tuition fees have not been paid yet before the first day of the new school year, the schools have the right to apply one of the following choices depending on the schools’ records of the parents :
1. Cancel the registration of the student and deduct 30% of the full annual tuition fees
2. Not allow the student to enter his classroom unless the full annual tuition fees are paid
3. Allow the student to go to his classroom if the President approved the payment plan that the parent has already submitted to schools before a month of the starting day of the new schools year. That is with a written promise from the parent to pay the accrued installments (60%) through the first month of the new year
In case of not committing to what was mentioned earlier in (3, 4) the parent has to:
• Pay the full annual tuition fees for the next schools year in the same time of the payment of re-registration fees
• In case of not committing till the end of the first semester, DAS has the right to keep the student’s Academic results for the first semester
• If the accrued tuition has not been paid before the beginning of the second semester of that year, DAS has the right to prevent the student from entering his classroom in the second semester
And in all cases, if there were any accrued installments not paid yet, DAS has the right to keep the academic results , student’s file and any other papers till the full payment of the tuition
If the Saudi Aramco employee knows the date of ending his services from Aramco, he has to inform the Schools in writing and pay the difference in tuition
